Happy New Years Everyone!!!
23 December 2009, I wrote a letter to Ms. Lori James, Staff Secretary for Tom Carpers office (Veterans Affairs). and
others in the US Senate.
In the letter, I outlined historical details, how the Healthcare Bill was "Constitutionally Flawed", as Attorney General
McMaster from South Carolina stated in a letter to Congress last week.
Attorney Generals from FL, PA, TX, SC, AL, CO, MI, ID, NC, UT, VA, and WA signed the letter addressed to Nancy
Pelosi and members of the House of Representatives.
Below are some of the excerpts from that letter signed and delivered to CONGRESS. Again 13 States joined to send a
message of warning against tyranny.
McMaster AG from SC,Bill McCollum AG from FL,Mike Cox AG from MI
and,Tom Corbett AG from PA are Gubernatorial candidates for their respective States.
Earl Lofland For United States Congress
"The Constitution should be interpreted as the Authors Intended."
"We believe this provision is constitutionally flawed,"
"As chief legal officers of our states we are contemplating a legal challenge to this provision and we ask you to take action
to render this challenge unnecessary by striking that provision,"
"Because this [healthcare bill] has serious implications for the country and the future of our nation's legislative process, we
urge you to take appropriate steps to protect the Constitution and the rights of the citizens of our nation,"
- Henry McMaster Attorney General South Carolina

Attorneys Generals in 13 States last week began an inquiry into the constitutionality of the estimated $100 million Healthcare
deal the are dubbing as "Cornhusker Kickback."
"Do not separate text from historical background. If you do, you will have perverted and subverted the Constitution, which
can only end in a distorted, bastardized form of illegitimate government."
