Dear Delawareans,
I am reminding everyone to register with the Constitution Party before August 23rd. We need close to
15 more people to enable us to ballot qualification. We would like to have many more and will continue
to fight to get registrations. Given the opportunity, Earl will help bring this government back to being the
peoples government!
Please do not think you are throwing away a vote, because we are becoming very well known. Earl
Lofland is a wonderful candidate and will really listen to the people and address their concerns, as well
as be their voice in the House of Representatives. For every new registered voter with the Constitution
Party, we will present you with a t-shirt and a Constitution booklet.
WHO IS EARL LOFLAND?:
Earl is 49, divorced, lives at home in Clayton DE. and cares for his Mother. He lost his father in Dec.
1999 to Parkinson's Disease. Since 1995 He has been a voice and advocate for research to find a cure
for movement disorders. He is President of the Delaware State Knights of the Innocent ( a child
advocacy, non profit organization). He also likes to garden, and ride his bike. has been involved in Auto
Racing and Motorcycling and has been a strong proponent for Motorcyclist Rights He has been a
member of many State chapters of ABATE. He is an only child to Mina E. and Robert O. Lofland . Earl is
very passionate about the Constitution and is a history buff. He attended Widener University, and
worked at Widener University in the Law Library and Information Technology Lab. A veteran Marine,
Studied Tax Law, and a Tax professional. He has been involved in Conservation , participated in the
Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control "Adopt A Wetland" Program and
conducted research to revitalize the oyster population in the Delaware Bay.
He was born in Kent Gen. Hospital, in Dover, DE on January 1st 1961 . He attended school in Clayton,
elementary and John Basset Moore Middle school, and Smyrna High School. He was on the wrestling
team, and a member of the school band, (playing the trumpet from 3rd grade till 10th grade). When he
was young he enjoyed fishing, boating, hunting, trapping with his Grandfather (Joseph Cox of Smyrna),
and was a member of the Boy Scouts of America and is an active member of The Grace Point Church
of God. Earl is also a member of the Patriot Guard Riders and the Sons of Liberty Riders. Earl is a very
passionate person. He`s a take it , or leave it type of person, and means well.
I hope you will register with the Constitution Party and see the change that is to come with a candidate
