I am Earl Lofland, and I am running for Congressional Representative for and of the people of Delaware on the
Constitution party ticket. I have chosen a third-party platform because both Democrats and Republicans have been
infiltrated
by Progressive Fascists.
I believe in the following values and principles:
1. Marriage between a man and a woman
2. I oppose abortion
3. I oppose Cap and Trade
4. I oppose Government-Run Healthcare
a. I support tort reform
allowing purchase of insurance across state lines
ending pre-existing restrictions
prohibiting insurance companies to throw the sick off coverage
allowing small businesses to merge into larger insurance groups
to lower costs of premiums
5. I support strict border control
6. I oppose political correctness
No Muslim extremists should be allowed in our military
I oppose Muslim-weighted VISA Diversity Program
7. I support tax breaks to medical professionals who provide free medical
services
8. I oppose Socialism, Communism, Fascism, and Progressivism
9. I support independent energy
I support off-shore drilling
more refineries
nuclear, solar, wind, coal forms of energy
10. I support Parental Rights
I oppose the United Nations dictate on parenting
11. I oppose the United Nations taking control of U.S. sovereignty
I oppose United Nations policy of banning handguns and ammunition
I oppose the United Nations dictating local zoning laws
I oppose the United Nations taxing American taxpayers
I oppose the United Nations International Criminal Court System trying
American citizens
I oppose the United Nations Agenda 21, and setting educational guidelines
I oppose the United Nations Law of the Sea Treaty giving the U.N.
authority over America defending itself on, below, above the
oceans of the world
12. I oppose the Patent Law of 2007, taking inventors' Constitutional right of
first to file for a patent and giving it to whomever files first.
I oppose the federal government's ability to take inventions
from inventors and sell them to any person/corporation/foreign
or domestic
13. I oppose the Progressives' policy of distribution of wealth
14. I oppose eminent domain taking from one private person to give to another
private person for the profit of the second person
15. I support a smaller federal government
Voters, these are my principles, and my oath to you is to follow the Constitution. Therefore, we can no longer depend on
voting for the worse of two evils when both the Democrats and Republicans are infiltrated by those bent on destroying
the Constitution.
Samuel Adams said:
"Let each citizen remember at the moment he is offering his vote that he is not making a present or a compliment to
please an individual — or at least that he ought not so to do; but that he is executing one of the most solemn trusts in
human society for which he is accountable to God and his country."
In order to have a sound economy and private market to flourish the growth of the private sector must out perform the
growth of the government. And when we have agencies after agency being created to provide the American citizen
safety, each step leads to a totalitarian government run by tyrants.
As a fellow concerned American voter, seeing the direction in which our country is being directed, I ask for your vote.
