The state of Delaware's just changed the requirements as far as the Constitution Party is concerned.
As it now stands, because of this new law, Jack Markell just signed the Constituion Party and my campaign are
not on the ballot in Delaware.
THE CONSTITUTION PARTY AND MY CAMPAIGN NEED AT LEAST 600 ADDITIONAL REGISTERED
CONSTITUTION PARTY VOTERS IN DELAWARE
California's Supreme Court Ruled a similar law Illegal, and ordered it revoked. Other states have also
attempted similar attempts to violate voters rights and they too were ruled unconstitutional.
This new Delaware Voter Registration Law is a direct attack against supporters of Earl Lofland for Congress,
and the the Constitution Party
This attack from Delaware's elected officals has the entire Constitution Party very busy.
My campaign office has been working overtime on this new challenge given to us by the states elected officals.
We are printing Federal Election Forms, and informing Delawareans, their elected officals disbarred all of
Delawareans of their Constitutional rights by passing this new law.
The decision of Delaware's Governor signing the this recent law, disbarring voters from their constitutonal rights
is not about my person views or opinions on any particular political party,. This is about Delawareans rights
being denied a voice at the polls.
Our States politicians just brought out the tenacity of a Veteran Marine. Who took a solomn oath 30 years ago
to defend the Constitution from its enemy's. That enemy, this time, swore the same oath!!! To defend the
Constitution, and protect individuals rights.
At a time when the majority of Democrats are argueing they are complying to the constitution, Yet in Delaware
Democarat Governor passes a law,already decided in other States supreme Court as illegal and
unconstitutional shows they are immoral, have no integrity, dishonorable. and should be held accountable for
deraliction of their oath of office.
YES. THESE ARE STRONG WORDS. AND RIGHTFULLY DESERVED!!!!
This was an arrogan message to the Delaware voters from our states elected offiicals. They do not care about
the voters of Delaware, their rights, or the Constitution.
They only care about Politics as usual and Party lines.
Obviously they have seen a threat to politics as usual with my campaign. Otherwise they would never have
attempted this illegal attack against the Constitution. (the Document and not the party)
Otherwise they would have just blown the campaign off as a trivial matter deserving of a laugh. (I am sure they
did laugh at first, until the momentum picked up from voters holding an interest in what I stand for.)
However, this has drawn the attention of the Constitution Party National Head Quartes who is also working on a
legal recourse of action.
Delawarean now have a chance to send a loud message to anyone who violates the Constitution.
STAND DOWN!!! IT WON'T HAPPEN ON OUR WATCH!!!!
Earl Lofland for Congress is on the Constitution Party Ballot for YOUR SEAT in the US House of
Representatives, (Delaware). Since voters first suggested I run for office, a lot of Delawareans have shown
an interest in the Constitutional conservative values I stand for, and decided to support my campaign. Despite
their party affilitation.
I have made it known I am not interested in your party affilitation. only defending the Constitution from its
enemies. Where ever they may be found.
I was advised early on, elected officials in Delaware were concerned that I may pose a threat to the Politics as
usual, and if I stick to my values, I will have a chance to win this election.
I am happy to announce Earl Lofland for Congress 2010, the Campaign for the people of Delaware just flushed
out the agenda of the States (Democrat Majority) Legislatures and the Democrat Governor.
I am confident this new law can be defeated through the legal process, just as it was in California, Illiinois and
Florida and many other states. However, until then, voters are being denied their rights, a choice at the polls
who support Earl Lofland For Congress 2010.

It is obvious there are Elected officials in Delaware who are against interpreting the Constitution as its authors
originally intended. And will do anything possible to achieve their goals of destroying the peoples God given
Rights to vote.
All across the US, state Democrat party's are struggling to regain control of the people in their states, who have
begun finding a disinterest in the politics as usual on the local, state, and federal levels.
I am sending this message of urgency out to ask those of you who support a Constitution Party Choice, to go to
the State of Delaware's Online Voter Registration, and change your party affiliation to the Constitution Party.
Unless Delaware receives 600 additional registered voters on the Constitution Party your voice may not be
heard! Please pass this on to all your friends.
